PolyMem Silver belongs to an innovative class of adaptable wound care dressings called QuadraFoam®. QuadraFoam dressings effectively cleanse, fill, absorb, and moisten wounds throughout the healing continuum, with the benefit of small particles of silver to protect the dressing from microbial contamination.

The Max configuration is a thicker formulation for wounds with heavier drainage, when longer wear time is desired or to provide additional cushioning. This version absorbs up to 60% more exudate than a same size, standard thickness, PolyMem Silver formulation dressing.
